Huge, new rooms. Lavender pillows. Handwritten note and cookies. Alcohol wipes for remote. Spacious and clean. Turn down service with free fruit. Good location. Excellent value.
Couldn't fault.

Staying in this hotel was a nightmare. the location is far from everything and getting to the Huangshan scenic area or Huangshan North Railway station with public transportation takes hours, not 20 minutes as the previous reviews claim. the newly developed neighborhood is not well connected, and taxis are very expensive. the room was dirty, with dust everywhere, and the bathroom was unusable because of the mold. the staff was rude and unhelpful, and the breakfast was barely edible. There is no view to speak of, just other ugly buildings.
The elevators are fast, but always crowded.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tunxi during Christmas and I had a great experience. the room was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds and fresh linens. the buffet breakfast had a good variety of food options to choose from. the hotel's location was very convenient, as it was located near a shopping mall and several restaurants. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered a shuttle service to the nearby tourist attractions.
The only downside I noticed was that the staff didn't speak English very well. It made it difficult to communicate with them and ask for recommendations on what to do in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, with fresh fruits and a cute tea set. The hotel provided turn down service, and there were different kinds of pillows to choose from. Buffet breakfast had many choices of food, including Chinese dishes. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service. The location was convenient, close to transportation to the Huangshan scenic area.
Nothing to mention.

This hotel provided me with a luxurious stay that exceeded my expectations. the exclusive amenities in the room, such as the bathrobe and slippers, made me feel pampered. the private facilities were also a highlight, especially the spa services that helped me unwind after a long day.
The only minor issue I encountered was some language barrier with the staff. it didn't affect the overall experience as they were still attentive and accommodating.

The hotel offered a great experience during our Christmas getaway. We really enjoyed the spacious and clean room as well as the helpful staff who gave us tips on local attractions and how to get around easily. the hotel's prime location was an added advantage as it was convenient for us to access nearby markets, shops, and restaurants. We loved the complementary breakfast which offered a variety of options to choose from.
The language barrier we encountered with some of the staff members. the taxi services recommended by the hotel were quite expensive and at times seemed shady.
